At our company, we understand that every construction project is unique, and that job timelines can vary depending on the scope of the project. When we first meet with a client to discuss their project, we will provide an estimate of the job timeline based on the specifics of the project. 

For small projects such as minor renovations or repairs, job timelines can be shorter, typically taking anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks to complete. For larger or more complex projects, such as new construction or major renovations, job timelines can be longer, and can take several months to a year or more to complete. 

We will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences and will create a detailed project schedule that outlines the specific milestones and deadlines for the project. We also understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise during the construction process, and we will keep our clients informed of any potential delays or changes to the job timeline. 

Our goal is to complete each project as efficiently as possible without compromising on quality, and we will always strive to meet or exceed our client's expectations for the job timeline. We understand that construction projects can be disruptive and that's why we will work closely with the client to minimize the impact and to ensure that the project is 

completed on time. 

At our company, we understand that construction projects can be a significant investment, and we strive to make the process as easy and convenient as possible for our clients. That's why we offer a flexible payment schedule with three installments. 

• The first installment is due at the time of contract signing and is typically used to cover the cost of materials and any permits required. 
• The second installment is due at the halfway point of the project.
• The third and final installment is due upon completion of the project. This allows our clients to budget for their project and make payments at regular intervals, rather than having to pay for the entire project upfront. 

We accept various forms of payment, including cash, checks, and credit cards, and we will work with you to find a payment schedule that suits your needs and budget. Our goal is to make the construction process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our clients, and we believe that our flexible payment schedule is one way we can do that. 

At our company, we understand that obtaining permits for a construction project can be a time-consuming and complex process. That's why we offer our clients the option of having permits completed by our company or by an engineer, based on the specific needs of the project. 

For smaller projects, such as minor renovations or repairs, our team is able to obtain the necessary permits and comply with all local building codes and regulations. For larger or more complex projects, such as new construction or major renovations, we may recommend working with a licensed engineer to obtain the necessary permits. Engineers are experts in their field and have a thorough understanding of building codes and regulations, which can ensure that the project is in compliance and help prevent any delays or complications. 

We will work closely with our clients to determine the best approach for obtaining permits for their project, and we will take care of all the necessary paperwork and coordination with the local building department. We understand the importance of compliance with building codes and regulations and we will do everything we can to make sure that the permitting process is completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

Our goal is to make the construction process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our clients, and we believe that our flexibility in permitting is one way we can do that.

You will be assigned a dedicated sales representative at the beginning of the project. 

Cleaning a job site at the end of each visit is an important aspect of maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.VTP strives to make sure the job site is always clean and maintained throughout the project. 

A change order is a document that is used to make changes to the scope of work, schedule or budget of a construction project. The process of change orders typically involves the following steps: 

Identification of the change: The change is identified by the owner, contractor, architect, or other project team member. This could be due to unforeseen circumstances, design revisions, or other reasons.

Request for the change: The request for the change is submitted in writing, typically in the form of a change order request. This includes a description of the change, the reasons for the change, and any additional information that is relevant. 

Review and approval: The change order request is reviewed by the project manager and/or other relevant parties, such as the architect or owner. They will assess the impact of the change on the project schedule and budget, as well as its feasibility. 

Negotiation: If the change is approved, the contractor will provide a cost estimate for the change, and the owner will negotiate the terms and conditions of the change order with the contractor. 

Execution: Once the change order is agreed upon and signed by both parties, the contractor will execute the change, and the necessary modifications to the project schedule and budget will be made. 

Close out: The change order is closed out once the work is completed and any necessary inspections have been done to ensure that the work meets the specified standards.
